Indiana's 21st Century Scholars program offers income eligible Hoosier students up to four years of paid tuition at an eligible Indiana college or university after they graduate from high school.
Students who enroll are connected to programs and resources to help them plan, prepare, and pay for college.
7th and 8th grade students must apply to become a 21st Century Scholar by June 30th of their 8th grade year (unless the student is in foster care). Students who apply and are not accepted in 7th grade may reapply in 8th grade. Eligibility is income-based, and is designed to help all Hoosiers have access to higher education.
High school seniors who are enrolled must affirm their status and complete the FAFSA in accordance with all deadlines set forth by the 21st Century Scholars program.
